- Friday to Sunday Bookings between Easter and 30th September are a minimum of two nights booking. e.g. Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun
- Rates are free for under 4's, provided they share parent's bed or sleep in travel cot.
Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation/non-arrival: If we are able to re-let the accommodation for the duration of your stay you will not be liable for the balance of the accommodation fee.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
Damages and breakages: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or it's contents. Please report any damages or breakages as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, however we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability: We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any valuables or possessions, unless poroven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Payment terms: Either Cash or Cheque or Bacs payment, details on booking. We do not accept credit/debit cards.
